Our Director of Culinary Services and food service team work together to prepare meals that are both delicious and nutrient-rich to enhance mind/body health. Experience, education, and culinary training are central to creating a variety of menu items that aid the recovery process by decreasing inflammation and detoxifying the body.
Each menu, approved by our licensed dietitian, is designed to reduce craving levels by limiting carbohydrates and sugars and lowering the sodium ratio in food.
