Our Director of Culinary Services, Chef Michael Miller, and his team work together to prepare meals that are both delicious and nutrient-rich to enhance mind/body health. Chef Miller uses his experience and education to create a variety of menu items that aid the recovery process by decreasing inflammation and detoxifying the body.
Each menu is approved by our licensed dietician and designed to reduce craving levels by limiting carbohydrates and sugars and lowering the sodium ratio in food.
