nursing staff ready to work with you to help your referral

Fort Behavioral Health helps individuals struggling with addiction build a strong foundation for lasting recovery. Our programs address not only the presenting issue of addiction, but the underlying issues, as well.

At Fort, we believe in building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with other treatment professionals. We value these relationships and feel honored to have the opportunity to be a part of our clients’ support networks. In order to provide excellence in customer service, we continually strive to make the referral and admissions process as smooth as possible.

When contacting us about a potential client, you will speak with one of our highly trained admissions coordinators to ensure that Fort is the best fit for your client. Our admissions team will discuss our treatment programs and treatment philosophy so that you can make your referral decision. If needed, our CEO or a member of our executive team is available to answer questions as well.

We value collaboration and believe that the FBH treatment team is just one part of each client’s wider network of support that includes referring professionals, family members, and friends. With client permission, as well as documented Release of Information, we work to keep you informed and up-to-date regarding your client’s progress through treatment.
