Basketball Court at Evergreen Path Adolescent Program

Evergreen Path opens in June 2019.

Boys ages 14-17 can find recovery from substance use disorder at Evergreen Path. Our program is rooted in the belief that everyone has a story and wants to be heard. We approach the treatment of addiction by looking at the underlying problematic issues. Educational support is provided by Fort Worth ISD, offering an opportunity to catch up and complete coursework. During treatment, recreational exercise, journal writing, art therapy and other experiential activities play a part in achieving well-rounded recovery and discovering self-expression.
